Pros

EnTech is a great young company with loads of room for growth. The staff are all great, honestly can't say a bad thing about anyone who works there. Everyone is incredibly competent and helpful and the work pays well and is challenging.

Cons

Upward movement in the company is difficult, and part of the reason I switched companies. I want to come back and possibly work for EnTech again, but for now the easiest way to move up was to move on.
