Pros
Working from home is a nice perk for some.
Cons
Poor training, Toxic positivity, Heavy workload, No management feedback structure, High Turnover, High Stress, Micromanagement, Pay is low and commission is unattainable. Other than saying they are a training a development focused organization, there truly is no training or development opportunities. Employees are fired without any documentation of offenses and no performance improvement plans are offered to allow for employees to learn and grow in their role. Essentially, it's straight to termination when performance begins lacking. The company is constantly shifting their focus. They claim to be elevating the lives of one billion people through a program that not one employee can clearly explain what it is or how it works.
