High stress environment and heavy workload for Recruiters. Recruitment management is constantly breathing down your neck asking for status updates and how many candidates you've reached out to. The ATS software they use is incredibly user unfriendly and they barely train you on any of it. The team of recruiters is a good group, but the turnover rate is incredibly high. The Account Managers only seem to care about serving the clients and getting candidates over to them within the same day of assigning requisitions. Definitely not worth the toll to mental health.
