The company can’t make up its mind by constantly pivoting and restructuring. The CEO almost never follows through on his word and leadership sets high expectations that hardly anyone can meet. People in higher leadership positions push and encourage those in entry level positions to take on new roles without offering them much support, extra training, or guidance to become successful and instead sets them up to fail without giving them any other options.
