Pros

If you want to work at a company that you'll be happy working for, try Entelo. Being a saas company in the recruiting field, they actually care about the workplace and employees. You can throw in free meals, snacks, massages, dry cleaning, game rooms, nap rooms, music studio rooms, free haircuts, or boba, but that doesn't mean a thing if the actual working environment is not friendly or doesn't foster collaboration and inter-growth. I'm new at the company (few months) but I can tell Entelo cares for their employees' well-being and happiness in a way that doesn't happen at other companies. This comes from a genuine concern and conscious intention that starts at the top (CEO, directors, and managers). Only top talent that fall into this friendly, social, and cooperative culture are hired. Summarizing, my top pros are: - very friendly environment - great learning experience (exposure to a large technology stack) backed by a company with amazing talent - food (it's a catered service but the quality is much better than at other companies) - location (downtown SF, close to Embarcadero, bart and muni stations). - boba (yes, we have boba two times a week)

Cons

The only cons that I can think of are related to the legacy codebase that has been inherited since the early startup times and is desperately needing a large redesign / refactoring. Of course, this can also be deemed as an opportunity to participate in the redesign of a new app, services, and infrastructure; which is the case because both management and product people are open to those changes.
