leadership does not care about equity or inclusion, they do not practice any of what they preach when it comes to diversity in the workplace, whether it's equal pay, culture, hiring, promotions, development, or employee resource groups and internal education and training. it's really hard to be there and have equal opportunity if you aren't a straight white man in leadership. Leadership is also disingenuous, careful with what you discuss with them and how much you share.
