Dumb management ignorant people but that’s anywhere

In general company is great. Decent pay, bonus with benefits.

You can experience the racism when you want to grow, management likes as long as you are heads down slave but if you want to grow and lead then you will see the real culture. Management does favors for New Orleans based white folks, treats badly the team from texas location especially for brown folks. They do ‘reorg’ often and promote the favorite people and remove the talented folks, no stability here anymore.
