Pros
Great way to practice B2B, B2C, and CRM skills. If you have no previous business courses or "hands-on" business management experience, this would be a great internship.
Cons
When Enterprise stresses "If there is ever a problem, I can fix it," in their recent commercial, it really means that 80% of the time there will be a mistake by management. However, they don't mention how long it will take to resolve it. Enterprise has to offer: unsanitary cleaning of vehicles, lack of communication within all levels, lack of knowledgeable employees due to high employee turnover, ridiculous hours, chauffeuring customers around all day, outdated software, and having to bend over backwards for customers throwing tantrums. After graduating, I realized I would rather gain experience somewhere else. I couldn't imagine working there at age 40 with children. Not worth it!
