Pros
Nothing. I can absolutely say I learned nothing from this job. The pay is not worth the 55+ hours a week you put into this job.
Cons
You will work 55-70 hours a week depending on your branch. You will be forced to work weekends for horrible customers that treat you like a high school dropout. The pay is horrible, mine was 17.50 an hour for doing things that a bum off the street could do. They claim you're "running your own business". You're not. You're a retail employee that washes cars in a full suit in the 100 degree heat or below freezing temperatures. The promotion system is horrible, as they only promote based on ability to sell, not to manage. This was my first job out of college and I only lasted as long as I did because I was waiting to get hired at another job, which I did. I wouldn't recommend this to my worst enemy and learned absolutely nothing from this cult-like company. Also, if you dare to speak your mind and you have a complaint, upper management will criticize you for it. You can achieve a promotion to branch manager, which is just a glorified MT position where you work just as long of hours, on weekends, and for pay that is just as crappy. It was the worst job of my life and I regret working there. People are embarrassed for you when they hear you work here. I'm only typing this because if I can save one person from working here it will be worth it. Also for your first year you're basically an Uber driver, without the tips of course. Every professional business man or woman I drove they said get out of this job and get a real job.
