Pros
No PROs at this time. Used to be a company that cared about their employees; certain executives who make the big paradigm shift decisions do not have a clue of what they are doing. They have little purview of the business granularity that they are making big decisions for. Cheryl Nex is uneducated and inept. Mark Goldstein is ineffectual as a company leader. Perhaps the new investment company that bought EP will soon realize what bufoons are at the helm and do yet another very much needed house cleaning.
Cons
Cronyism at its worst. Incapable leaders who listen to ignorant, illiterate Director level people who will say anything to protect their jobs.
