Pros

Managers often recognize people who exhibit exceptional performance, and promotion within the company happens annually, so there is great opportunity for career advancement. Benefit is also decent. Despite increasing health care costs, the company still manages to fully provide health insurance to the employees and their dependents.
Cons
The software projects are not very exciting. The pay is also not attractive. Perhaps those are the reason why the company has a hard time finding really talented local people to join the team.
