Pros

Free healthcare, good vacation, 401k and ESOP benefits. Smart coworkers to work with.

Cons

Expect your performance reviews to be about something they will nitpick you about that isn't true. 2% raise is expected or less. Expect to be worked to death. Not the work-life balance company that it was before. And management is all above getting the private stock share higher at all cost. Layoffs are already happening. Even hard workers who've been there for a long time have been laid off because the goal of this company is to outsource the work as much as possible. Would you want your payroll information known to foreigners???

We are sorry to hear your about perceptions. We are proud to be a 100% employee owned company and increasing our value to assure a secure retirement for our employee owners is certainly a key goal but never ever at the expense of data security or employee talent development, which remain our highest priorities. If you would like to reach out and provide more specific details on areas we can improve upon we would welcome your feedback.

Pros

The team and my coworkers around me are incredible hardworking people

Cons

If you are looking for a payroll job, DO NOT WORK HERE. Here is a list of why you dont want to work at Entertainment Partners: 1. Severe underpay for amount of work assigned on a weekly basis 2. Upper management gives fake promises of promotions and career growth 3. CEO is killing the company by malpracticing basic business fundamentals which is tanking the company financially. 4. Lay offs are NOT performance based and have happened twice a year since 2023. If you are looking for an accounting or payroll job in the entertainment industry, please look at other companies such as Greenslate, Wrapbook and Cast & Crew. Its a shame that the CEO, Mark, is too far gone and doesnt learn from his mistakes. This company used to be one of the greatest in the industry. Now its a complete shell of its former glory.
