Pros

People that actually do the job, are smart and nice

Cons

Dishonest, Unprofessional and incompetent managers: EP has bunch of incompetent managers and director per each person that actually work. They have some connection with another company in India and rely on the outsourcing as much as they can and they don't get anything near acceptable software quality. People for them are just objects that they try to control with politics and useless hierarchy of managers. In contrast they have all of useless scores and inclusion meetings to pretend they really care but in reality the top management makes horrible mistakes and that will cost furtune in a company that is already under pressure from declining industry. instead of fixing their mistakes, they layoff people that put so much of their own personal time running their products to save a little more bonuses for the managers.

The team and my coworkers around me are incredible hardworking people

If you are looking for a payroll job, DO NOT WORK HERE. Here is a list of why you dont want to work at Entertainment Partners: 1. Severe underpay for amount of work assigned on a weekly basis 2. Upper management gives fake promises of promotions and career growth 3. CEO is killing the company by malpracticing basic business fundamentals which is tanking the company financially. 4. Lay offs are NOT performance based and have happened twice a year since 2023. If you are looking for an accounting or payroll job in the entertainment industry, please look at other companies such as Greenslate, Wrapbook and Cast & Crew. Its a shame that the CEO, Mark, is too far gone and doesnt learn from his mistakes. This company used to be one of the greatest in the industry. Now its a complete shell of its former glory.
