Pros

Position is good in the beginning but goes down hill FAST. Fun people but you learn that most are not really your friends.

Cons

They pick favorites and discriminate if you have medical issues. No paid time off no holidays paid, basically no benefits at all. You have to wear multiple hats and no pay increase for it. Too many cooks in the kitchen when it comes to management, you get pulled in multiple directions and do not who to report to. They do not look out for the well being of their employees and penalize you if you take a personal day. High stress environment with no beneficial outcome.

Pros

Fast-growing company with a lot of opportunity to take on responsibility and make an impact quickly • Leadership is very involved and accessible; ideas can actually turn into action • Strong sense of ownership across teams (people are trusted to run with things) • Collaborative environment, especially between sales, account management, and operations • Company is constantly evolving and trying to improve (processes, tech, structure) • Exposure to multiple parts of the business, not siloed • Team is hardworking and cares about customers and outcomes • Good place for people who want to grow quickly and are comfortable in a fast-paced environment • Willingness to invest in new initiatives and test ideas • Culture emphasizes accountability and doing what you say you’ll do

Cons

Can be very fast-paced, which may feel overwhelming at times • Workload can be heavy during peak production season (longer hours, reduced flexibility) • Processes are still being built and refined, which can create ambiguity • Not the best fit for someone who prefers very structured roles or clear boundaries • Priorities can shift quickly as the company evolves • Communication across teams can sometimes be inconsistent during busy periods • High expectations for performance and ownership • Requires strong time management and ability to handle pressure

Pros

Flexible and the bosses were not hard watching you to get work done. As long as you did a good amount of work and you were doing it right, you were left alone for the most part.

Cons

Lack of a detailed training situation. I only knew what I did because another person there took it upon himself to teach me how to do stuff and what to do.
