Pros
Ability to work from home is a great option and the equipment is provided. Health benefit are also an option.
Cons
Health benefits are way too expensive for not great coverage. The management talks down to you if you need their help. They push you to be fake and mark you down if you can't be bubbly and fake like they think you should be, even if you are actually still getting the job done. They have a retention bonus but if you change your schedule you lose half of it even if you have no way to avoid it. You earn rewards you can't use and they have so much FINE PRINT to their programs that is not accessible to the people that actually use the programs. You dont have a lot of information for the calls you get and asking the caller if they would like to a call back from the leasing office is a failed call. Its really like being stuck between a rock and a hard place. You dont move up unless you are in their in crowd. They say you get opportunities to make more money but those opportunities are taken from you right before the deadline.
