      Pros

      Very fun work environment focused on delivering high quality technology. They have constantly provided me with opportunities to grow and advance my skill. The company does lots of fun company sponsored outings to see movies, do go-karting ect.

      Cons

      I honestly can't think of many downsides of my experience at Entrata. They have been really good to me. Personally my salary and financial opportunities within the company aren't as good as they would be elsewhere.

      Great Culture and a product that actually works. They have raving fans as customers, which help a ton

      The shift from bootstrap to VC funded came with the usual issues of turnover and culture shift
