Pros
The staff at the leasing center is amazing. They're all very friendly, helpful, and non-judgemental. They're very patient with anyone who's really trying. I've never worked with a more tolerant group of people. Also, there is a lot of room for growth. If you work full time as a leasing professional and do well, you could get promoted very quickly. It's a great environment to learn and grow.
Cons
One of the big downsides is taking the calls. The QA standards are very high and very strict, and there are a lot of them. It's very difficult to keep straight and feel like you're performing well on the calls. Sometimes you have to do things that aren't good for the call or for the caller in order to meet a QA standard, which can be a big pain.
