Pros
You don't have to be a full-time worker here (min of 20 hours/week) to receive all of their insurance benefits (including medical). Also, the insurance plans are a freaking steal, especially if you have a family. Most generous attendance policy! It's on a credit system where you can earn credits in case you can't make it or you'll be late, you can use those credits instead and still be in good standing You get $500 as a bonus after working 500 hours (trust me this goes by really fast especially if you work FT) $1 differential when you work on Sundays Free VASA pass Free food- literally glad I have a VASA pass because they can really feed you at this job lol. You're divided into teams (based on shift) and my team plans tons of potlucks on top of that. There are free snacks and sandwiches in the break room. They also have a soda machine and coffee maker with tons of coffee supplies. They do weekly Costco runs so they never run out. Reward system based on your graded calls. I've gotten 2 airline tickets, cruise tickets, and I'm planning on getting Disneyland tickets. They also give you other opportunities to earn points. Also gives out movie tickets and Amazon gift cards like candy. Multiple opportunities to raise your pay through certifications and leveling as an agent. Can also get bonuses every day You're not selling anything to your caller!! Only inbound calls (the only outbound is to maintenance or security). The closest you get to selling is talking about a property to a prospect. Otherwise, it's mainly just residents of that apt complex you're speaking to Chillest job ever with the chillest people to work with. Management is also a plus. Like a serious plus. They actually do care about you and all employees. They help you achieve work and personal goals, really make sure you're okay and ready to work. Create and host sooo many activities/events for us, I feel like I'm benefitting more from here than the company from me lol Flexible Hours Right off the freeway Close to UVU and BYU You learn a lot about housing and leasing! Trust me, this will really help outside of work (looking for housing, reading your lease, what to look for when searching, understanding key things within a particular home/apt, how to detect fraudulent factors with a complex, etc., your rights w FHA) You can work extra hours and will offer more money if you work during rent week (first week of the month) Easy opportunities to work your way up the company and they hire within first
Cons
You HAVE to work a weekend (Sunday or Saturday)
