Pros

Seeing some of the reviews lately I felt compelled to share my experience I’ve had with Entrata and more specifically the Training Department. I have been with the company for a long time and have seen the changes that have taken place over the years with leadership in the Training Department. I have to say that there is better leadership in place now than there ever has been in my years of being on the team. Training is taken more seriously as a department, we are much more organized and efficient than we have ever been in the past, and I know that my AD and the Director of the department have my back. Anytime I have voiced concerns of the work load or the demands that have been placed upon me I feel heard and validated. My AD tries to find solutions when he can, and constantly shows me support. There is not a question in my mind that my leaders care about me and my professional success. When I was faced with a very difficult personal situation, my training family was there for me. I received calls and texts from the Director personally asking how I was doing and if I needed anything to let her know. This meant a lot to me. I have never had a Director of a department take the time to get to know me personally. If you take the time to build a relationship with the leaders of the department they all care and they WILL have your back! I have seen this behavior time and time again. Allison is a director who cares about the department and everyone in it. She may push us to be more and reach our potential but she truly is a fantastic leader! I feel that the entire company is made up of great people and great leaders. It is a family, and of course it isn’t perfect but it is the best place I have ever worked. The people I work with are amazing and have become some of my greatest friends. I have been given the opportunity to lead out on projects that make the department and company better, and my ideas are always heard. Joining Entrata and more specifically the Training Department was one of the best decisions I have made in my career. It is fun, engaging, and challenging work and highly recommend Entrata and Training to anyone looking. If you want to work hard and have fun this is the place!

Cons

It can be a stressful job at times, but I know that my leadership in place is trying to make it better. Part of the stress is just from the growth we are experiencing as a company, which is a good problem. Health benefits and 401K could be more competitive .

Pros

I have a pretty good group of team members. My mid-level supervisor is also easy to work with and supportive.

Cons

Entrata does not care about their employees, or even their products/services. This is made clear by insane workloads, exhausting meetings with escalated clients, and a “standard” 3% (if you are exceeding expectations and lucky) raise. I do moderately technical work that requires a decent amount of experience, as well as a client facing and internal leadership role, and I don’t make what is considered a “living wage” in Utah, even after years of working here. Execs seem to be having a great time partying at Summit with the most expensive celebrities they can book (Seinfeld, James Cordon, Tom Brady, Weezer…) but absolutely do not care about the uninvited staff who are working to support their client retention and their low-bar concept of product integrity.
