Pros
I've worked at this company for years and it just keeps getting better and better! Entrata is a company that makes every employee feel valued. I've worked at plenty of companies that have values and some perks but this is the only company I've ever worked for that actually cares about those values and creates perks that actually benefit employees and make them feel appreicated. The values were created by employees and when they introduce or modify perks it feels like they actually listen to the employees and what they want/need when they make them. The culture is by far the best thing about Entrata. We work hard and play hard. Entrata hires very well. We have the best employees that are kind and don't have egos and are also REALLY good at what they do. And then we have events like a Costco Christmas party where they give every employee $500 to shop! Who even does that?! This place is unreal. Management is also incredible. Our executive team has grown a lot lately and already we've seen amazing changes. Entrata is growing and we can all feel it. It's such an exciting time to be a part of this company! I also feel like Entrata has done SO much for me in propelling my career forward. I feel like the luckiest person to have started here and I've been given multiple promotions. I have no idea where I would be if I weren't at Entrata but I'm confident I wouldn't be as trained and as far along in my career as I am here. It's very rare that a manager isn't extremely supportive in helping you grow your career here. I've never felt like they were trying to hold me back or hand me red tape. I've felt like I can use my strengths and make a difference in the best way possible and it's incredible! I've had a few incredible job offers from other companies but every time I get them I realize just how good I have it here and how much I don't want to leave.
Cons
Compensation is a little lower than some other companies, but I believe Entrata is working on that. That's really it!
