Pros
The culture and the people set Property Solutions apart from any other company I've worked for. Management really listens to my needs and ideas, and I have the autonomy to bring about improvements/changes within the company. Every morning I'm excited to go to work. Upper management also has great strategic vision, which is refreshing. I also feel that my skills, abilities, and contributions are noticed and valued at Property Solutions.
Cons
A fast-paced software environment is really a two-edged sword. The benefits definitely outweigh the negatives, but there is some pain with releasing software on a weekly basis.
