Pros
The company shares a nice atmosphere and generally treats most of its employees to a lot of perks and fun little rewards. There are amenities for a person to explore on their first day. The main building in Lehi Utah is kept very clean.
Cons
First, there is an almost undeniable problem with low level and upper management when it comes to favoritism and bias. Employees can be treated completely differently or have even been denied promotions due to personal bias. On the other hand many employees have been hired directly into a promotion without hosting any other interviews due to favoritism. For a company that boasts about diversity the vast majority of persons in Entrata are going to be white males, and a lot of them are Mormons. While that in and of itself is not an issue, the blatant mistreatment of those that do not fit that category is astonishing. I would recommend not telling people at entrata that you are not LDS, especially if you are not Christian. Second, the pay for their "entry level" is down right shameful, they pay people absolutely terrible for customer service positions and treat those employees equally as bad. This treatment and poor pay extends to other departments like SEO, financial, and even low level developers. The services they are asked to provide are very technical and require a great deal of competency, however, they pay less than a temporary warehouse position that requires little to no technical skill. Lastly, the company spoon feeds their employees pro-company propaganda. They overly embellish small advances as promotions with little to no increase in pay, to convince their employees that they "care" about them. The company values are adorable and fun movie quotes, they would be even better if the company actually stood by those values. The company regularly spends an egregious amount of funds of the purchasing of small toys and silly things to give to the employees as "thanks" for their service rather than just giving them a decent wage.
