Pros

The culture and work life balance is number one for me. The CEO's of the company are both involved and trust their employees, so no micro managing. The culture is caring and supportive, and it translates throughout the company. Management is open about how the company is growing and allows for input and ideas from staff. The hours are flexible for the nurses, and weekends off for the operators.

Cons

You have to be able to manage your time and projects. Can be a con for anyone who needs to be given a task list every day.

Pros

Typical positives of working home health. Flexible schedule, plenty of cases to choose from, 1:1 ratios. The charting system is best thing about this employer. CubHub is simple and doesn't require redundant or repetitive data entry like many others. Standard pay. Friendly and responsive office staff. Easy charting. Great case managers.

Cons

No room for advancement/promotion. Pay is stagnant, doesn't matter how many years you've been employed with them or how good you are at your job. So, there's no incentive to stay. Only case managers get mileage reimbursement, many other HH companies offer this for field nurses. Benefits offered are unimpressive. They gamify additional pay with apps like JollyPoints or CareCoins. You get points in an app for things like submitting charts on time, picking up a shift, or providing feedback, which you can then spend in the app. This has been a massive turn off for me regarding my continued employment with Entrusted. Using AI to track employee performance and dole out incentives accordingly is understandable. Provide raises, bonuses, shift differentials, mileage reimbursement, opportunities for internal advancement to reward and retain high performers. JollyPoints or CareCoins are not appropriate incentives in a professional career. It's demeaning.
