Pros
DI has great perks and benefits. They try to create an fun and open environment with massages, group workouts, a company wellness program, and company wide activities.
Cons
This is a very high stress environment, especially since oil prices tanked. There is a lot of focus on getting on to the next newest thing, which is great, but there's virtually mo support or ownership of existing systems/processes.
