Literally none, it is a fraudulent organization.

Cons

Insanely fast turn around, like, everyone who worked there would be gone and replaced within a week, including management. The actual goals see no money, it uses the name of the environment to pocket the money. It’s not actually a non-profit, they lack the paperwork. They make it sound amazing, then if you don’t get at least one donation in the first DAY they will fire you.

No pros just disappointment .

Cons

Three interviews over four months. Told multiple times I'm a top candidate being considered. No decision by the deadline they gave me just told weeks after I followed up paperwork is still being finalized. Ghosted. Why bother telling me multiple times that I'm a top candidate to then just ghost me? At least tell me I did not get the job. Absolutely unprofessional. Was hoping to be offered the internship just so I could say no and waste their time back.
