Pros

The work can sometimes be enjoyable and occasionally impactful.

Cons

- Disrespectfully low pay & inadequate benefits. [minimum wage (and depending on your location, you might work more than 40 hours a week to reach that wage)] - Lack of diversity & diversity training. Pros

No pros just disappointment .

Cons

Three interviews over four months. Told multiple times I'm a top candidate being considered. No decision by the deadline they gave me just told weeks after I followed up paperwork is still being finalized. Ghosted. Why bother telling me multiple times that I'm a top candidate to then just ghost me? At least tell me I did not get the job. Absolutely unprofessional. Was hoping to be offered the internship just so I could say no and waste their time back.
