Pros
Great perks and benefits, most people are awesome. Good opportunity for work life balance. My team was a group of amazing people.
Cons
The lack of diversity is unfortunate. There is no growth potential for staff hired at lower levels. Senior leadership just don't care about what happens to low level staff. HR has blown through people like toilet paper, Finance is a hot mess, and Fred refuses to address any of these issues.
