Pros

Flexible Hours: EDF offers flexible working hours, allowing employees to have a better work-life balance and accommodate personal commitments. Low Pressure: EDF may have a work environment with less pressure compared to other organizations, allowing employees to work at a pace that suits them and promotes a healthy work-life balance.

Cons

Lack of Project Management: EDF may have room for improvement in terms of project management, which could result in challenges such as unclear goals, inadequate resources, or inefficient coordination among team members. Low Compensations: EDF may offer lower salary raises and bonuses compared to industry standards, which could be a disadvantage for employees who value financial incentives or recognition for their performance.

Pros

A community of mission-driven staff who truly care about the planet and the causes that EDF advances. Extremely smart and kind staff. Incredible benefits, including a significant amount of company days off (summer Fridays, org shut-down for one week at the end of August, days off include Veteran's Day and Juneteenth); very generous benefits.

Cons

Out-of-touch top leadership, especially Executive Director, who pretends to be authentic and caring but isn't at all.
