Pros
Great work life balance, good for politicians or getting to know how policy decisions are made, flexible work hours, work from home, gym, nice location, flexibility in work day, lots of leave available, great people to work with, childcare facilities onsite, new building, good cafeteria
Cons
All of the work gets contracted out, promotions occur by time spent in position, no motivation or encouragement to do a good job, employees can be lazy and jaded, management is awful and incompetent, quality of work isn't important they only care about filling FTEs and having the biggest groups,
