Pros

The providers of healthcare have a rewarding job at this company unlike working at the corporate office.

Cons

If you are not Mormon, don't work in the accounting department or you will be miserable, loaded down with all the work and your opinions won't matter. The CFO/Controller only wants to hire buddies from his church even though they aren't qualified. Serious lack of leadership skills. He passes you in the hall and doesn't even acknowledge your existence.

Increasingly hierarchical culture, many rounds of layoffs have affected morale, lack of transparency below the executive level, limited opportunities for growth, no employee surveys to measure workforce culture or engagement
