Pros
There is a great culture of inclusion at the company. My line manager, HR, and even senior management have always had an open door policy and I never hesitate to take advantage of this when necessary. I work in the office a majority of the time so remote workers may feel differently. The CEO and executuve board seem to truly care about employees and offer a nice 401k match, great health insurance, yearly bonuses, and an employee stock program. Advancement through the company has happened more quickly than I thought. Schedule is super flexible and provides very good work-life balance.
Cons
There is no formal description given to writers explaining how advancement through the company works and what different options/tracks exist.
