Company claims people is their number 1 value which is a lie; No Work/ Life Balance for Managers at the plant level. Company Hires Regional and Corporate staff that do not help the plants. The only way you will go places in this company is if you are part of the "G" Click. The company only wants engineers for all of the managerial and regional jobs. No opportunity to grow and advance. You get Stagnant in your role. Burn Out occurs rapidly and often for employees. Company doesn't spend money on the right things. Micro Management starts at the top and is extended to the plant levels. Leadership team and HR consist of individuals who are not capable of doing their jobs. Leadership will be the demise of this company.
