      Pros

      Good company missions in the green industry, lots of growth ahead.

      Cons

      Poor management, unkept promises from management with regards to pay and bonuses.. No work life balance, it’s all about the company, it’s image and making pellets. No mentorship or growth opportunities, horrendous percsonnel turnover.

      Great team, great company! The management team is top notch, and the culture is rapidly improving.

      The company is very spread out geographically, so it can be difficult to get to know everyone

      Pros

      Enviva now has a leadership team that is committed to improving by providing the right resources for employees and facilities. The new culture being built is a 180 of what it was a few years ago.

      Cons

      Corporate support still sometimes out of touch with sites.
