      Pros

      Peers are good people. Business if exciting and new. Growth of company. Early culture was incredible.

      Cons

      Safety and environmental performance is horrible. New plants that look like they were built 20 years ago. Lip service to quality and environment. Good safety systems but poor plant design leading to issue with dust. Current culture reminds me of a slave ship. Daily beatings until moral improves. Production above all else no matter what they say. Words and deeds mismatch.

      Pros

      Enviva now has a leadership team that is committed to improving by providing the right resources for employees and facilities. The new culture being built is a 180 of what it was a few years ago.

      Cons

      Corporate support still sometimes out of touch with sites.

      Toxic work environment, forced or made to feel guilty or inferior if you did not work 18 to 20 hours a day. I could go on and on.
