      Pros

      Most co workers are great and work well together to get all jobs done no matter what their job title is.

      Cons

      Port manager. Incompetent, lazy, and extremely dishonest. Lacks skills in all areas and has never contributed to anything. Completely ruined the morale here.

      Enviva now has a leadership team that is committed to improving by providing the right resources for employees and facilities. The new culture being built is a 180 of what it was a few years ago.

      Corporate support still sometimes out of touch with sites.

      Toxic work environment, forced or made to feel guilty or inferior if you did not work 18 to 20 hours a day. I could go on and on.
