      After coming out of bankruptcy with new owners, the company has entered an old school view that production and money saving is more important than anything else. Safety is no longer important and people are micromanaged from the very top.

      Enviva now has a leadership team that is committed to improving by providing the right resources for employees and facilities. The new culture being built is a 180 of what it was a few years ago.

      Toxic work environment, forced or made to feel guilty or inferior if you did not work 18 to 20 hours a day. I could go on and on.
