Pros

- Training is solid - The Union has your back if things go south - Overall staff are okay and on the ground, they try their best to be communicative - It's a good place to get a feel for the industry and see if it's a good fit

Cons

- The management; clearly it's been a while since some have been out in the field. When they need to go out to take care of something, they'll make rookie mistakes that only someone with very little experience would make - Communication. When it comes to those in operations there is a severe break down in lines of communication. You will get conflicting information about flight schedules and be running around the airport looking at the boards for updates - The technology: Honestly, I am writing this in the year 2017 and the program used to schedule as well as send messages to staff/crew is based off of old systems. Not very user friendly, clunky, difficult to navigate without memorizing a truly miserable list of commands. Other airlines give their employees tablets to use, or at the very least let them download PDFs of their manuals and contracts; this company insist on having it's employees drag binders and print out information on paper who's hayday was in the 1970s

Pros

Wonderful People, good communication, excellent travel benefits

Cons

Poor training for the small things that count for a lot and maintaining a good and clean record or from a accruing points. Need more attention to this during training or a manual to be given .
