Pros
Great travel benefits, pretty much the same as mainline AA Work with one more FA or by yourself. Reserve is not bad at all, you can actually have a life out of it. Could hold a line within a year or less. Good bidding system. Overall, easy people to work with Short flights, less than 2.5 hrs avg. 11 days off a month. No jet lag Company $ bonuses.
Cons
Short flights sometimes mean more legs a day. (up to 5) Pay is a little low Gotta pick up some overtime during your days off to make more money. Overnights in small towns. Sometimes it feels like a PT job specially on Reserve.
