So many to list. just above minimum wage pay... so quality of life is terrible. Under staffed because they dont want to pay anyone. They will over commit you to goals to the point you have to run to different gates to be on time. Then you are doing everything by yourself.... I remember one month that i went the whole month without ever seeing my supervisor. However, if you are late for a flight they will call you into the office.. I was never late on any flights... But I was sweating the whole day because i was hurrying from gate to gate. Off schedule operations - is evil. They would mandate this requiring everyone working to have to work extra hours... so since i was part time guess who they would give OSO to. Part timers only. Because they wouldnt want to pay over time to their full time workers. I had horrible work life balance... meaning they could assign me OSO up to an hour and a half before I was scheduled to leave... and I’m not talking about because of off schedule operations within dallas Fort Worth causing OSO... I’m talking about random bad weather anywhere we fly to. I.e. Like in Colorado. If there was bad weather in Colorado but it’s beautiful in Texas they would extend us because we have one flight that might be coming late that day.. think about how much bad weather happens in the U.S... so because they don’t hire enough staff they extend their crew multiple times a week EVERY WEEK. . So think about a hour and a half notice when you have plans or a family... Absolutely disgusting... When I went to upper management about the requirements we had to for every flight that we were assigned and I showed them if did everything needed it would take significantly longer than the alotted time we had to get it done, their response was just do the most important to get planes out on time...... which was a violation of what we were supposed to do. SO THEY TOLD ME TO NOT DO THE THINGS THAT WE WERE SUPPOSED TO DO. really sad. Forget Envoy and go mainline AA
