Good company, strict during "critical flight periods" - Flight Attendant Envoy Air Employee Review

Pros

Will start your career in becoming a flight attendant, and invest in you. They also offer 6 commuter hotels monthly (if you don't live in base city), if you have a few flight attendant friends, you all can rotate and share these. Which ultimately means you will never need a crash pad.

Cons

Attendance policy is really antiquated. It is unreasonable to discharge someone whom has any time of excused absence or illness. If you are a commuter on this regional airline, stay away from ORD & DFW bases. Too hard to commute in even from major cities.

Pros

Wonderful People, good communication, excellent travel benefits

Cons

Poor training for the small things that count for a lot and maintaining a good and clean record or from a accruing points. Need more attention to this during training or a manual to be given .
