Pros

Flight benefits were nice. Coworkers were probably the best people I've ever met. Allowed me to step up to a better job, at a different airline. At least that airline recognized my hard work at Envoy.

Cons

Revolving door. Envoy was probably the worst company I've ever worked for. I worked four months in the evening, and saw management once during that bid. I sent emails about concerns of staffing, effieniency, and safety...but no replies. It was like the evening shift didn't exist. The only time I had contact with management during that time was when they left notes for myself and coworkers saying we had to work on our days off, or when we screwed up somehow. Most mistakes were due to staffing and poor training, which always seemed to be our fault. We had four general managers in a year and a half period. The hard work I put in was never realized. Pay was horrible for what we had to go through.

Pros

Wonderful People, good communication, excellent travel benefits

Cons

Poor training for the small things that count for a lot and maintaining a good and clean record or from a accruing points. Need more attention to this during training or a manual to be given .
