Flight Benefits are the only positive. and some cool people to work with.
Cons
The pay here is not even close to what you should make for the work you put in. you work a high risk job around planes and have a lot of responsibility. Problem here is they pay you 9.19 an hour. not even close to a reasonable wage. pay is TERRIBLE!!! on top of that as a part timer they take a lot out for your benefits. The management does not care about their employees at all. there is no guidance. people are lazy. you are supposed to be out ten minutes early for a FOD walk are sitting inside playing cards or screwing around. People on probation when they start are left to pick up the slack from other employees. no sense of direction from your crew chiefs. they just don't care. get fired for stupid things because this company does not care about its employees just making money. Greedy company. By far the worst employer i have ever had in my life.
