Pros

You can fly almost free coworkers are great you get health, dental, and vision and a 401k

Cons

Management never knows what they are doing. You start out at a low wage and no matter what you do you will never make more than 15.50/hour thats the top out for agents. getting promoted to a lead agent only leads to more micromanagement and no pay, well you get 1.25 raise but thats not enough to deal with the job. Imo it should start at about 15/hour to put up with the crap you deal with on a daily basis. you will be constantly understaffed because the wage is so low noone wants to stay. you never know when your going to get off because of late planes. manager could care less about you he only thinks of himself. everything at the station is about who brown noses the best and if your not into brown nose, then they will do anything to get rid of you. flight benefits are nice but your always working, to make money your better off just selling your buddy passes to the highest bidder. if you wanna work for an airline, move to a major city and try to get on at the mainlines where you can at least make some decent money for the same crap you will have to put up with at envoy for little more than min wage.

Pros

Wonderful People, good communication, excellent travel benefits

Poor training for the small things that count for a lot and maintaining a good and clean record or from a accruing points. Need more attention to this during training or a manual to be given .
