Pros

Flight benefits which you never get to use due to work mandates

I don't know where to start. It is awful. Worst job I have had. Loved dealing with customers but having significant delays and cancellations, day after day, gets old. Management are bullies (even threatening to "take it outside"), completely incompetent, and heavily biased. Mandates every single week without exception. If you don't sign up for extra hours (because you are tired and burned out) you will be punished with mandates for horrible shifts. High turnover. Lazy employees are not punished. Hard working employees constantly threatened with being fired. Safety First - what a joke. Definite take it or leave attitude from management including HR. So many people leave it. Turnover is staggering. Only concern is not taking a gate delay. At any cost. Horrible arrogant ignorant management. It is horrible. Read the other reviews. I am not alone. DON'T WORK here and certainly not at this station.

Wonderful People, good communication, excellent travel benefits

Cons

Poor training for the small things that count for a lot and maintaining a good and clean record or from a accruing points. Need more attention to this during training or a manual to be given .
