Pros

You pick the amount of clients you want. My gym manager was good at his job, so there were plenty of clients when I asked for more. They let me do my own thing and train how I wanted to train. Good environment.

Cons

If your manager is bad at their job you will be starved for clients( again really depends on your manager, I had a bad manager for about 2 months and then they brought someone else in who filled everyone with clients) Low Pay; you will make about %10 of what your clients pay in total for their PT., that depends on your certifications.

Pros

The actual FIELD leadership is awesome.

Cons

WHAT YOU SHOULD KNOW: The job posting claims you'll find "a highly energetic and collaborative team" and "a management team that cares about your professional development." This is not what I experienced. I experienced inconsistent treatment, favoritism, exclusion, and a complete absence of the professional management standards that any HR function should model. If you're interviewing with this company, ask specifically about management style, equity in how employees are treated, and what the actual discipline process looks like in practice. Don't accept reassurance. Ask for specifics. I do not recommend EoS Fitness as an employer, particularly if your manager works under this current HR leadership. The risk to your career, wellbeing, and financial stability is not worth it!!
