Pros

My immediate staff is amazing.

Cons

Upper management at the district level and above in the training side have a lack of ethics and morals that I thought this company stood for. It’s all about sales now and lying to our clients not only about supplements but the contracts they enter with us. I have personally heard Destinee tell sales not to mention the 5 day cancel policy, that is ‘trash’. Among other things referring to military and first responders as the ones with money and not to drop prices for. This company’s upper management no longer stands for the values I loved when I first started working for EOS 5 years ago. Supplements are being forced fed to our clients with the idea that trainers should tell them they need over priced product with our ‘influence’ even if they don’t need it.

Pros

The actual FIELD leadership is awesome.

Cons

WHAT YOU SHOULD KNOW: The job posting claims you'll find "a highly energetic and collaborative team" and "a management team that cares about your professional development." This is not what I experienced. I experienced inconsistent treatment, favoritism, exclusion, and a complete absence of the professional management standards that any HR function should model. If you're interviewing with this company, ask specifically about management style, equity in how employees are treated, and what the actual discipline process looks like in practice. Don't accept reassurance. Ask for specifics. I do not recommend EoS Fitness as an employer, particularly if your manager works under this current HR leadership. The risk to your career, wellbeing, and financial stability is not worth it!!
