Pros

Company model is very easy, beautiful gyms, cheap memberships, growth can be easy bc internal talent suuuuucks.

Cons

Support with hiring/onboarding process. health & dental insurance is ok at best. Salary is NOT competitive compare to (24 & Gold's) and will take a HUGE pay cut. You have too many conference calls pretty much going over the same information and a waste of time. You're not a true GM but more of a sales manager in this role bc you actually have heavy personal production goals onto of all the admin you need to do. Your HR team sucks and can't count on them to respond to any matter in a timely fashion unfortunately. Company is the most unorganized fitness company i've been apart of from the top down. VPs/RVPs using profanity ALWAYS on company conference calls. Like is your vocabulary that small you can't speak with some intelligence. Not asking much!. Don't expect much professionalism and if you have gym experience you'll regret coming here bc the systems consistently crash and are very slow. They run the business like it's 2009 and want you to grind grind grind. TALENT is rare and if you lose an any management it will be weeks before you get applicants who are qualified to apply if you're lucky. ALWAYS short staff with sales! To do simple task you have to use several systems. I really wish I had more positive things to say as I was very happy when I started and just went down hill quickly from that point.

Pros

The actual FIELD leadership is awesome.

Cons

WHAT YOU SHOULD KNOW: The job posting claims you'll find "a highly energetic and collaborative team" and "a management team that cares about your professional development." This is not what I experienced. I experienced inconsistent treatment, favoritism, exclusion, and a complete absence of the professional management standards that any HR function should model. If you're interviewing with this company, ask specifically about management style, equity in how employees are treated, and what the actual discipline process looks like in practice. Don't accept reassurance. Ask for specifics. I do not recommend EoS Fitness as an employer, particularly if your manager works under this current HR leadership. The risk to your career, wellbeing, and financial stability is not worth it!!
