Pros

Work with some amazing gym members and team members. Regional VPs are trying their best to make this regions different, but they are fighting an uphill battle and cultural issues.

Cons

Doesn't take onboarding seriously. People are thrown in without enough training. Bringing issues and solutions up gets you labeled a troublemaker. Asking for help gets you intense attention and critique, but no help. District managers are greedy and will drain their people, make them work weeks on end to make an extra bonus without thinking about the loss of talent it causes. They will come to the gym, sit there on their laptop and say they helped train you that day but only interact when they stand up to run to the restroom. The CEO, COO are delightful people. The CRO is the source of the problems with culture. "Fair enough?" The screaming I've heard from that man. Intense. No wonder the District leadership are poorly vetted.

Pros

The actual FIELD leadership is awesome.

Cons

WHAT YOU SHOULD KNOW: The job posting claims you'll find "a highly energetic and collaborative team" and "a management team that cares about your professional development." This is not what I experienced. I experienced inconsistent treatment, favoritism, exclusion, and a complete absence of the professional management standards that any HR function should model. If you're interviewing with this company, ask specifically about management style, equity in how employees are treated, and what the actual discipline process looks like in practice. Don't accept reassurance. Ask for specifics. I do not recommend EoS Fitness as an employer, particularly if your manager works under this current HR leadership. The risk to your career, wellbeing, and financial stability is not worth it!!
