Pros

I have a lot of free time because I have hardly any clients. I get to work out a lot cuz I sit in the gym all day. Managers are very chill but nothing gets done.

Cons

The system is unfair and terrible. The fccs and afms play favorites. I am full time and only have been getting $200 paychecks. I have spoken to the managers. They say Im a priority but then I see new clients during the times I work with other trainers who have worked there for less time then me and have more clients. Also they are basic level 1 trainers. I get no recognition for putting in the work to better my education.

Pros

The actual FIELD leadership is awesome.

Cons

WHAT YOU SHOULD KNOW: The job posting claims you'll find "a highly energetic and collaborative team" and "a management team that cares about your professional development." This is not what I experienced. I experienced inconsistent treatment, favoritism, exclusion, and a complete absence of the professional management standards that any HR function should model. If you're interviewing with this company, ask specifically about management style, equity in how employees are treated, and what the actual discipline process looks like in practice. Don't accept reassurance. Ask for specifics. I do not recommend EoS Fitness as an employer, particularly if your manager works under this current HR leadership. The risk to your career, wellbeing, and financial stability is not worth it!!
