Pros

- Free gym membership, but hardly a benefit considering the cons - Consistent hours for part-timers

Cons

- Low pay for the amount of work required. Overnighters get paid the exact same as some managers which is insane. - Management quality varies from club to club. - Sales and/or training will overpromise and under deliver to hit their numbers; they get their bonus(es) while operations tries their best to put out the fires other departments have created, but with no compensation for it. The department that does the most work gets paid the least. - There is a total and complete disconnect between (some) district/regional managers and club level employees - You can literally go work at most retail/fast food restaurants and get paid more than management positions. - High turnover due to unrealistic sales goals, lack of compensation, and lack of follow through from senior management

Pros

The actual FIELD leadership is awesome.

Cons

WHAT YOU SHOULD KNOW: The job posting claims you'll find "a highly energetic and collaborative team" and "a management team that cares about your professional development." This is not what I experienced. I experienced inconsistent treatment, favoritism, exclusion, and a complete absence of the professional management standards that any HR function should model. If you're interviewing with this company, ask specifically about management style, equity in how employees are treated, and what the actual discipline process looks like in practice. Don't accept reassurance. Ask for specifics. I do not recommend EoS Fitness as an employer, particularly if your manager works under this current HR leadership. The risk to your career, wellbeing, and financial stability is not worth it!!
